RETURNS
If you wish to return a product, you must clearly state your intent to do so within 14 days of goods receipt. After stating your intent to return a product, said product must be returned within 14 days.

The products must be unused and returned in a way that does not compromise the quality of the products.

The return cost is the sole responsibility of the customer, except in the odd case where LEVN have shipped the wrong products. In this case, shipping charges will be fully refunded and the correct products will be sent at the cost of LEVN.

All returns that do not meet the above requirements will not be accepted.

ORDERING
By placing an order, the customer is accepting the terms and conditions set forth in this document, and enter into a binding agreement with LEVN.

SHIPPING
LEVN sends packages with Postnord to all destinations, and no exceptions to this can be made.

LEVN only ships countries within Europe.

Shipping times for regular service in Europe are 1-3 business days, and as a regular service inside Europe 2-4 days. LEVN accepts no responsibility for delays in customs processes outside the EU. Shipping times are indicative only, and delays may occur due to circumstances that we cannot control.

Shipping costs vary from country to country. The prices are shown when ordering and are added to the order upon placing it. Customer Service can be reached at [email protected] for any inquiries.

LOCAL DUTIES AND TAXES
Local import duties and taxes vary by country and region. These taxes are to be paid by the customer, and are not the responsibility of LEVN.
